A certified management system.
The certificate states conformity with GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 for the processing of forgings for machinery. The certificate shown on the website is valid through 22 June 2029.
ISO 9001 certifies the quality management system. It is not a product certificate and does not replace the material or inspection documents specified for an order.
- Material identity
- Confirm the grade, governing standard, heat identification and required material certificate.
- Delivery condition
- State the required condition, including annealing or other order-specific requirements.
- Ultrasonic testing
- Define the method, standard, coverage and acceptance level in the purchase specification.
- Metallographic inspection
- Specify the items to be evaluated and the acceptance criteria when metallographic inspection is required.
- Final documents
- List the certificate and inspection records required with the shipment and confirm them in the quotation.

Questions before you order
Does ISO 9001 mean every product is certified?
No. ISO 9001 is a management-system certification. Product conformity is evaluated against the material, drawing, inspection and acceptance requirements agreed for the order.
Is ultrasonic testing automatically included?
The inspection scope should be confirmed in the quotation and order. State the required standard and acceptance level in your inquiry.
Which documents are supplied with an order?
Document requirements vary by product and order. List every required certificate or report in the inquiry and confirm the agreed scope before ordering.
